Amazon stole my money

I ordered over R32000.00 worth of stuff, Amazon deducted the monies from my credit card,

then they decided to lock my account and wanted bank statements,

I called the call centre regarding this as i uploaded my statements 5 times,

it has been two weeks, note this is after i paid a few thousand on priority mail,

Now that finally my account is re instated i check my orders >SOme are cancelled ???????????? but AMAZON has already taken the money out of my credit card ?????? AND I AM NOT EVEN REFUNDED FOR OVER R5000.00???

I have Sent many emails and called 8 times to no avail , SO IM GOING TO ASSUME AMAZON STOLE THIS MONEY FROM ME SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS
