AMAZON PAYMENT DONE - NO GOODS RECEIVED.#***

I have made a payment for a Official Creality Ender 3 3D Printer and it went off my bank on the 30/12/2021 already ($306.87-R4983.94). On my order it keeps on saying Payment revision needed, but the money was taken from my bank. I have communitcated to numerous people without any results. Don't know what to do anymore.
