AMAZON ***** DECEIT

I googled for and then ordered from Amazon what was held out to be a Roland Boss power supply, The item in question is a branded, high-grade product made and guaranteed by the Roland corporation. The device delivered was a cheap generic Chinese power supply available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. To add insult to injury, it turns out that Amazon insulates itself from complaints like this. You cannot complain to Amazon directly, only to the supplier. Shame on the lot of them.<br> <br> I'd say Amazon is abetting consumer ***** here. Wondered if anyone else out there has had similar experience?
