Amazon UK and US! This is the BEST company in the world. Just wish they would open a branch in South Africa as there are many benefits we lose out on. Why do I love them? Well, if you order from them, you receive service from minute 1. Any queries, any returns, any purchases- all handled so efficiently and effectively. Example, ordered a Kindle, received it within days, received a discount (which in fairness was not for South African purchases), and then, a few weeks later, saw a refund unexpectedly, for shipping and customs that was apparently overcharged. Their online help and sales should be used as a benchmark for all other online dealers.
