bad service

<p>hi we brought a big printer that print on vinyl but when we brought it they told my dad that they would install it and deliver it they delivered it but did not install it so my dad installed it himself </p> <p>the printer did not want to print and he stared to call they told him they wil sent someone out but it took like one year the owner came himself and could not fix it that day and whent home. he talled my dad that he would be back with onther parts well that is another year later and still nothing happend my dad is know broke and have nothing left he have got all the mail he had sent to them aswell as the emails I have sent to them what can we do </p>
