Professionalism at it's finest

After 2 months of back and forth with numerous customer service representatives I finally reached Amanda who was actually concerned about my query and instead of just giving me the same old apology proactively found a solution to my problem within less than a hour. She not only solved my problem but did it in a way that benefited me as the client. Amanda really embodies the definition of professionalism and I wish there were more people like her out there.
