Withdrawal of endor*****t
This is a warning to everybody to whom I have recommended AlwaysOn WiFi. Do not purchase AlwaysOn prepaid WiFi cards from Pick ‘n Pay. I bought a R199 card at Pick ‘n Pay Plattekloof on 03/07/2019. When I wanted to activate it, the pin was reported as being invalid. I contacted AlwaysOn Support as directed. I had to mail them a copy of the till slip and the card as proof of purchase. Since then the only response I get is that they are investigating. I have decided to withdraw my endor*****t of this service since I cannot work with a provider that does not take internet connectivity service delivery seriously. As a provider you can’t leave your customers hanging while you sort out your admin issues. I provided proof of my purchase; therefore, you need to provide the service I paid for. If there is an administrative issue between Pick ‘n Pay and AlwaysOn it is not the client’s problem. I need a provider that I can rely on for connectivity because for safety I store all my data on the cloud. I am now forced to look elsewhere for connectivity. This is going to cost me much more, but a reliable service is more important than price. It is not that this is a technical issue, they just won’t connect me because of an issue they have with Pick ‘n Pay. 16/07/2019
