useless call center stuff and not working hotspot

We are tenants of Cape Quarter Shopping Mall at Green point CapeTown.Almost 10 tenants we bought your 5gb special but we can't use at all because of unstable connection of hotspots. I have called your call center and logged fault but bunch of useless call center stuff are not helpfull at all. AlwaysOn if you are little care about your bussines Please fire bunch of useless call center stuff. All of them just useless. Shame on them. Get salary but do nothing while plenty of people unemployed.. ..I am so disappointed....
