Through the always on app, I purchased 250gig online data. After this, the router where I was planning to use it stopped working correctly. I have written numerous e-mail. Logged numerous calls. I even wrote a review of my absolute zero service delivery. No attempt has been made on their part to contact me. Even after I have them notice that I will take action. They removed my review on Google play. I have since rewritten my review and reported them to Google play. My purchase has expired even though I never got to use it. This to me is unacceptable. Always on should amend this. I won't back down
