SHODDY service !

I have been subscribed to this WiFi for months now . I use it only when I am at work. For the usual browsing etc. This month I am told that I have used 5gb or rather *** kb as per my 'usage' which is completely ludicrous. I have continuous log in problems. Cannot connect and yet I am told that by the 9th of March I have depleted my data. The attitude that I got when I complained was a thumbs up and still my login issue is not sorted . So that I can monitor my own usage. Totally ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALWAYS ON
