Really Alwaysoff, cannot even connect to your servers

As I asked a while ago, do you know what your servers are doing? Does not look like it. I have had bad experience for about three days now, battle to connect, this morning it is worse. I had to use McDonald free wifi. Absolutely useless!!! And you did not even go to the trouble of answering my last complaint. Are you serious about business? Rather fix your servers instead of advertising Apps to buy data. Why would anyone buy data if they cannot use it???
