Not everything can be fixed on the phone!

Always On supply my free WiFi for my restaurant guests and our business use. The system has been erratic, to say the least, for about 2 months. We constantly phone to complain and they re-set (my description, possibly not correct terminology) remotely. This helps for a while - usually a day or two - and then the problem occurs again and guests complain they are logged on then the WiFi disappears for a while - on and off connectivity is frustrating, especially if using a banking site and payments have to be re-done over and over. All this has been explained countless times. On Monday someone at their help centre finally promised to send someone out to site. Didn't happen. Called again Tuesday and a different tech answered and wanted to know what the problem was. Explained that everything remotely had been tried and his colleague the previous day had promised a service call, so could he please check the call records and process this. Didn't happen. Maybe someone up the ladder with common sense will read this and action a service visit.

Hello RodKaroo,

We believe the misunderstanding was resolved.

A AlwaysOn engineer was onsite Monday to test the signal. Seems like the manager on duty at the time did no share this with you. What was found is a area was added to the restaurant were signal needs to be extended to.

The expansion has been scheduled to be completed this week.
Hope you find this in order.

Best Regards
AlwaysOn
