No Support and doesn't work

<p>Hi,</p> <p>This service doesn't work.! I can never use the service and cannot log into my account as i have tried to reset my password so many times and then still cannot log on. Tried creating a new account but my e-mail is already registered.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i logon from my phone, clicking the links (either complimentry access or purchases) just takes me back to the same page i was on (dashboard).. It does not work.!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please will you delete my account, i will forget the wifi network (which i have done many times).</p> <p> </p> <p>Once that is done, perhaps i i can try reregister an account but not confident that will work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also tried to log a service request, which doesn't work either (see attached).. Common guys..!!</p>
