No assistance trying to buy their product

<p>For weeks I have tried to buy online their AlwaysOn (wifi) calling product. I get an error message every time saying : "The remote server returned an error (500)". I have contacted their support department on more than one occasion to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>If they do not want my money, that is fine. I will go somewhere else. Businesses claim times are tough but they are not willing to assist.</p>
