Might be fast at locations but you spend more time dealing with the call centre.

Tried downloading a 7gig file. Connection drops after about 5 gig and resets. This is not the first time. Had the same issues last weekend. Keep on buying data for downloading the same files. Called their call centre twice already and was promised a callback within 15 mins. That was an hour ago. Called again and was told I will be called back anytime soon. What is anytime? Asked for a timeframe and this could not be given to me. Asked to escalate the call but the service agent refused. Their level of customer service is appalling, probably spent 1K this month already on data. Called the call centre twice before on different occasions this month for data not reflecting. Their solution might be fast at certain locations, but the times spent on downloads is lost on the time spent on dealing with issues. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
