It just does not work

<p>It seems that Always On have recently changed the way their free WiFi works. In fact, it no longer works at all. Their system takes me round in circles whenever I try to connect, a complete waste of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I queried this with them last week, giving them only an email address as my contact details. They responded to say that they had had no response when they tried dialling my number, so could not get hold of me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me state this again - I did not give them a contact number. Yet they claim to have called me on this number I did not provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Complete insanity. They seem to have absolutely no interest in resolving customer queries.</p>
