False advertising on PnP WIFI cards

<p>I have bought one of your 10 GB (R199) prepaid Wi-Fi vouchers at PnP. The back of the card under terms and conditions indicates that: “This prepaid card is valid for 36 days from date of issue”. No data expiry date is shown. When I loaded the card on my always on profile it showed that the data is only available for 60 days. This is not showed anywhere on the card. It is unacceptable that this data will expire in 60 days without informing the customer when the voucher is bought. I hope you can address this issue and that I will hear from you as soon as possible.</p>

I have received the following reply from Alwayson:

"Hi Louw

Thank you for your query,

As per our T & C's once you buy the prepaid voucher card, you have 36 months to activate it and once activated, your data is valid for 60 days, Please visit this link https://www.alwayson.co.za/ faq.aspx#prepaid for more information."

That term and condition is not stated on the vouchers, therefore it cannot expire in 60 days.

I hope this issue can be resolved.
