AlwaysOn system not great

I work where there is a AlwaysOn wifi connection and it continually disconnects my device when my device locks. I then have to re logon to use AlwaysOn and this happens countless times during the day. I have tried to use their app which does not work well and does not connect me automatically.

I have complained about this previously to the call centre but everyone i have spoken to has had a different version of why it happens.

Please sort this out so that when i connect it stays connected and I dont have to continually logon through the day.
