AlwaysOn = FRUSTRATION!!!

I've always used AlwaysOn because it was very convenient using my Paypal account to buy data. This morning I had to buy data to do some urgent work while waiting at the local Mugg & Bean. I was straight up unable to buy data using my Paypal acc. it kept redirecting me to the winter special after I chose the package and entered my Paypal details (like I have done a million time before without any problems). I then tried to go to the website on my phone to try buy the data for my account there but kept giving me an "undefined" error when entering my Paypal details. I struggled for an hour trying to simply buy some data with Paypal, it was INCREDIBLY frustrating and I literally lost ALL my respect for AlwaysOn. They don't even have a troubleshooting page or live chat to help. TERRIBLE!
