<p>The wifi at norscot manor library has been out of service for going on 3 weeks now. Seems the city of joburg wifi is linked to the alwayson server. It's exam time & we can't even acess wifi. I called the call center to make them aware of this fault & was advised that they have been notified already a week prior & are awaiting a part to fix the issue . Please can this be rectified asap</p>

Our network engineers are still working with Telkom to get the issue resolved. Soon as everything is back up we'll give you a ring so that you can continue with your exams.

On Monday I got a call from a Telkom technician by the name of Piet/Pieter who advised he had been to Norsot but at the restuarant. I gave him the correct information & explained where the library is located. He advised he would attend to the issue the same day (Monday).
