Always Disconnecting

<p>i work where there is an alwaysOn hotspot but everytime i lock my phone it logs me out of alwaysOn and when i then switch my phone back on i have to go through the full process of logging back into my alwaysOn account. I pay for a service and the service i am getting is very poor and not user friendly. i use a iphone and the captive.com comes up and never remembers my details either. please sort this out as it is incredibly frusrtating and you guys advertise an automatic login for ease of use.</p>
