Unauthorised Debit Order

Always Connect deducted R149.00 from my account via debit order for a service I never signed up for and have never used. I have no record of any agreement with this company, yet they helped themselves to my money without my consent. I have demanded a full refund and cancellation of any so-called "mandate," but I am posting this to warn others: check your bank statements. If Always Connect has debited your account unexpectedly, report it to your bank immediately as an unauthorised debit and dispute it. This is unacceptable, and I will be escalating to the National Consumer Commission and my bank's ***** department if this is not resolved within 2 days. Moss ***.
