CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDERS ON MY ACCOUNT

I'm trying to call the Always Connect and select option 1 to cancel my debit order, but every time the call gets disconnected, and I can't even get through an agent. THEY HAVE 2 DEBIT ORDERS SET UP ON MY ACCOUNT AND I WANT THEM TO CANCEL THEM BOTH
