Pathetic service from Alva re: Gas heater

Bought the 3 panel gas heater from mica Celtis Ridge a month ago. After 3 weeks of use it suddenly stopped working. Thinking it was the gas, I bought a new gas bottle but still no luck. Mica Celtis Ridge refuses to exchange or refund, the Owner/Manager went to sit in her office and didn't say a word, instead asking a shop assistant to help her customer. Contacted Alva and they insist on sending me a technician to show me how to use the product.

Alva's instructions to the stores is NOT to refund customers!!! According to Alva customer service manager the brand is no 1! If they really were they wouldn't need a team of technicians on hand to go to customer's!!!

I'm extremely dissapointed with the service provided especially since the heater is not even a month old!!! To make matters worst it is extremely cold and I am stuck with a useless piece of equipment that doesn't work.
