Don't buy online at https://alva.co.za/pages/stingray
They don't deserve the one-star rating. It is one start because I had to select at least one star. I ordered on 7 May. I eventually received an email from *** with the great news that my order is on its way. I tracked the order only to see that has been delivered already. I called the courier company only to learn that my order was delivered to someone in Witbank. Stingray/Alva mixed up my order with someone else. I wrote emails from your website, emails to *** called only to not answer the phone, left messages until eventually a friendly lady answered the phone. She said someone will get back to me. Except, no one called me back. I called again this morning and after my call being passed around, my call landed at the friendly lady from yesterday. he was even more disappointed than me that no one called me back. Within 2 minutes I had 2 calls. Now I'm waiting as I have done from 11 May that my order was shipped. Will not buy from them again.
