Inferior Alva products

Bought an Alva Gas Heater from Checkers in Sun Valley, Cape Town..Checkers staff could not tell me a single thing about the quality of the product..took it home and it would not even work...I can't imagine why Checkers would stock such inferior products...apparently Alva products are substandard and their online reviews are shocking...at least Checkers gave me a full refund but even the staff agreed that Alva products are poor quality
