Excellent Service

<p>I bought an Alva portable gas water heater for when camping. Outside of the guarantee, the unit stopped heating. I would like to commend Alva on the excellent service that I received from them. After contacting Stingray about the problem, I was put in touch with one of their reps who picked up the unit at Stellenbosch, serviced and replaced the faulty part, and then returned the working unit back to me. All within a week of reporting the problem! Friendly, professional and timeous - attributes not found in many companies in today’s business world. And to top it - at no cost! Thank you Alva!</p>
