Don't Buy Alva Gass Braais

Bought a gas braai, KALAHARI 4 BURNER BBQ W/ SIDE BURNER, that was advertised as stainless steel but the braai is rusting. The braai is under a roof and has a protective cover on. If it were stainless steel it wouldn't rust. Called to find out if I could get a replacement or refund but was advised by Jeanre that "We aware of the problem but there is nothing we can do." How can a company admit to knowing about a problem and then have the customer lose money spent on a product that was clearly falsely advertised? I'm aware that my product is out of warranty but rust takes time and the principle of the matter is that I was doped into buying a product that was advertised as stainless steel but is isn't.
