Avoid ALVA products at all cost, no customer service at all

bought a gas level indicator, noted that it doesn't work, followed the instructions on the packaging. messaged the company on face book, got a call from a very argumentitive man insisting it does work and that i did not follow instructions. brilliant customer service to argue with client instead of looking for a resolution
