Alva, Poor Quality and Arrogance

I bought a 100cp gas light a while ago and only used it once. The glass actually melted. Yes, melted in a way that I think would have started dripping like a candle...<br> I emailed Alva explaining what had happened and if they could give me a reason for why this has happened to a \quality\" product. Now this is the best part... I had a totally arrogant and rude lady phone me telling me that I had it on too high. The more questions I asked, the more arrogant she got! Come on, surely they make them in a way that it can't be put on a high enough level that will melt the glass!<br> Iv been out the country till now and would like to go camping (Obviously needing a lamp) but iv tried every shop that sells \"quality\" Alva products and can't even find a new glass, not that I should have to buy a new one after using it once!<br> My brother has had his Cadac light for more than 10 years now, and not a days problem!<br> I recommend paying slightly more and getting a Cadac which will last and not melt the glass, even after 10 years."
