ALVA Patio Heater Defective 'Tilt Cut-off Valve'

<p>Unit is fitted with a defective 'tilt cut-off switch'. EXCELLENT service response time with on-site technician within 4 hours from logging the call! Due to poor quality of current 'tilt cut-off switch', the only way to get the unit to fire properly is to by-pass the switch. Disappointed in buying a premium product (brand new) and having features disabled to get it to work. Sad.</p>
