ALVA GAS HEATERS

I bought a Alva gas heater through Takealot, on the 29th of May '20 the heater was defective. Takealot came and replaced the gas heater. I received the 2nd heater on the 15th of June '20. We used the heater 3 times and this gas heater is also defective. Guess what when I tried to return the 2nd gas heater Takealot cancelled my return request and send me an e-mail stating that I must return the product to the supplier. No contact information for the supplier, their return policy says 30 days on Takealot. This is actually really unprofessional.
