Alva gas geyser

If Alva marketing are the dealers for Alva geysers, I want to congratulate you on a pathetic product. My geyser is 3 weeks old and keeps on giving EE error. Now the dealers are full of stories getting this sorted. From all I could gather this a malfunction on the device itself. It should be covered by warranty but by technicality Im refused assistance I will not recomend anyone to buy alva products
