ALVA Customer Service

ALVA, as per my review/complaint, did not leave me being a satisfied customer at the time I wrote a review. A couple of months down the line and fair and professional treatment....and resolving the original issue I am happy to say that ALVA delivered on their customer service. I still maintain that any product is only as good as the after sales service you receive. Despite the little bit of issues prior to posting the original review ALVA stepped up to the plate, corresponded with me and resolved my problem. Thank you for the good service.
