We installed a 8 KW, 12 panel Alpha ESS system from Alumo Energy and we no longer fall under the loads heading victim category! What a pleasure. We experienced professionalism right from the start. Our Rep was experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Paperwork etc was done quick and efficient and the installation date was arranged according to our availability. The installation team was incredible, professional. Right from the word go, the Forman explained exactly what will be done before he and his team started the installation. Customer training was done on the system after installation by the Forman and we haven't looked back ever since. We are extremely happy with the decision we made to invest in a solar system and we can only sing Alumo Energy's praises for their excellent service and workmanship. Alumo Energy is highly recommended
