Terrible company! Do not consider!

Terrible experience! Survey and Quote was done after we explained what our needs where. We where given 3 options and opted for the middle range option. After we paid deposit, the sales person was nowhere to be found, to only find out a week later he resigned. Regardless we continued with the installation. What a disaster. The first team messed up our entire DB board, the system didnt work correctly. After numerous calls and ticket logging, the team inspected the installation just to advise that the option given was not correct and that the installation was not done correctly. They atempted to fix the db and other faults. The even issued a COC! We thought everything was fine until we received our electrical bill and saw that our account was higher than before(the battery is not charged from Eskom) again the third electrician came out just to advise that team 1 and 2 complety messed up our wiring, the where numerous cables on the wrong places in the circuitbreakers. Most of our electrical use is on normal electricity eventhough the app shows we are using solarpower. Db board still not fixed as it was before Alumo worked on it. Will not recommend this company at all. We will now need to get a independent electrician to inspect and issue a new COC. Just adding to the costs. I regret the day we contacted them for a quote. We where patient for 3 months but after the latest issue we are requesting they remove the istallation and restore our house to as it was before.
