Solar system

Before I knew of Alumo Energy I used to see solar adverts of a company called Wetility Energy all over the place. Their adverts are on billboards, tv, google, youtube etc. etc. To be quite honest they impressed me a lot and I was convinced that I’m going to take their offer. However after being in contact with them and read their contract everything changed. I changed my mind instantly from being impressed to Disappointment with capital “D”, why? Their lengthy, 39 pages contract is one sided, punitive and oppressive. Signing such a contract meant that all my rights were out of the window and I said to myself no ways, I’m not going to sign such a contract. I then decided to look for other companies and came across quite a few. Alumo Energy came up on top for the following reasons:

1) They sent an assessor to my house at no cost to check the type of system I need. Their assessor spent almost 2 hours with me educating me about the solar system and that was very informative indeed. I also liked their professionalism because before sending their assessor they made a booking well in advance and sent me reminders when the date was getting closer. 2) Their contract was fair with clearly defined clauses and I knew exactly what I was getting myself into by signing their contract. 3) The term of the rental agreement is clearly defined in their contract, including the annual rental escalation percentage without any ambiguous clauses in the mix. 4) They use their own in-house finance which is quick to respond. What’s more impressive about them is that they didn’t even ask for ridiculous documents like other financial institutions do. 5) They use their own in-house installation team and that gave me more than a peace of mind. In-house installation team is far much better than someone who’s in a rush to finish the job so that they get paid and move on to the next customer in line. Before the installation they set up an installation date in consultation with you, their client and tell you exactly how long is it going to take to do the job. The installation process is smooth with their professional team without any additional need for extra materials at extra cost.

Alumo Energy is a professional company indeed. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a solar solution with good quality materials and good workmanship.
