I submitted an online request on October 13th, and within just 10 to 15 minutes an agent called me. They quickly completed a credit check and booked a site assessment for October 15th. Dewald came out and proposed a well-designed, high-quality system that met all our needs. We accepted the quotation the same day, all the paperwork was sorted out efficiently, and by Friday the 17th we already had full approval.

The installation was scheduled for Monday, October 20th, and by the 21st the entire job was completed!

A huge thank you to the entire Alumo team — everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been absolutely fantastic. And a special shout-out to Team Jaco — you guys are incredible! Everyone works together, no one stands around, the site was kept clean and neat, and you took the time to communicate with us throughout the process.
