I am extremely pleased with their service for a few reasons 1) They were friendly and transparent 2) They use only the best equipment (I choose Sunsynk) 3) They stuck to the timelines that they gave at the start of the process (They actually came 1 week earlier than originally planned) 4) The installing team made sure that I understand the entire setup 5) Their prices is really good (Other places that beat their prices had a lot of other hidden costs that would have made them more expensive) 6) Their forecast on how much electricity would be generated was accurate all in all, I am extremely happy and load shedding is not my problem anymore.
