I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Eben from Alumo Energy for the outstanding support and professionalism he showed in resolving an ongoing issue with our solar system. His technical expertise, clear communication, and persistence were a breath of fresh air. Eben took ownership of the problem and didn’t stop until it was fully resolved — we’re now back to a system that works exactly as promised.

Credit must also go to Alumo as a company. Although we faced some challenges along the way, their commitment to customer service and standing behind their product truly came through in how this matter was handled. The responsiveness, follow-through, and care shown reaffirmed why we chose them in the first place.
