Unfair treatment at edcon department

I have a huge problem with edcon team leaders both them at altron bytes treating consultants like they found on the street begging and offered them jobs. When u stand up for urself they work you out by find small mistakes. The only people who are treated right is Indians, coloureds and those black they flirting with.
