Unfair dismissal

I was unfairly dismissed in 2018 and not given my documents been requesting it via email and no response from anyone at this moment an HR lady by the name of Lesego Tima promised to give me my UIF papers signed and filled it by last week and I went there she was not keep to see me and was referred to someone who does not have any access to the information.
