Pathetic Service

From February 2019 i still wait on Vodacom to sorted out my query, after i complained on social media one of the customer care agent off Altron Bites People Solutions called me regarding my query, well still up to now its not been sorted out Adrianne van Zyl was supposed to handle the query now she ignore me flat out, i feel that Altron is a uge company, and have to know that their stuff is not performing and not provided any service to Vodacom's customers.
