Pain to cancel contract

I have cancelled my contract with Vodacom at the end of November 2020, I have a letter stating this and an employee at Bytes people solutions confirming that it will be canceled at the end on November 2020, Vodacom has now debited my account in December 2020 and January 2021, I have tried to contact their pre-paid customer care line 082135, but they only deal with pre-paid queries. i called Bytes people solutions, they say i must call *** which is the contracts customer care line, but can't get through because the contract is canceled, can someone from these organization please contact me
