Bad Service!!! No accountability! Does not care about my certificate, its been a year.

Altron Bytes People Solutions Randburg. Has no professionalism and any accountability. They do not care about their students. I studied there on a Learnership for a business Analysis certificate. Its been a year now and i still have not received the certificate. I am unable to apply for relevant jobs using the certificate because i am unable to provide the certificate. I now look like an ************* candidate. I have called and emailed them since last year and no one takes accountability for doing follows ups and providing certificates.

They do not care about the youths growth.
