Worst service ever. Over priced, technicians take ages to fix problems, general **** attitude and no care attitude.

They overcharged us for copies made on our machine. After their technician pointed out that the fault is because they did not update the readings for 3 months they refuse to accept that and still want us to pay the lump sum.
