Withdrew money into a my closed account
Good day,
On the 15 Jan 2018 withdrew fiat money into my closed banking account. Highlighted the issue with Altcoin trader via email on 16th and the following case number was issued (ACT17109). To this day 23 Jan 2018 nothing has been done, sent numerous emails to follow up the case number to no success. Made another withdrawal using the active banking details but the status on my profile says it's an invalid bank account. My frustrations grows everyday cause I urgently need the money.

As per our email to you 10 days ago and a follow-up email 3 days ago, we require you to send the request from your registered AltcoinTrader email address as it is a security hazard to ask for any withdrawal to be canceled from a non AltcoinTrader registered account email address.
