withdrew money from my altcoin trading account on Tuesday 5th December, up until now the money still not in my bank

I withdrew money on Tuesday in order to pay school fees on Wednesday, they sent me email to confirm withdrawal and I confirmed but my status was still saying waiting for confirmation then Wednesday morning I contacted support regarding this matter and asked if they can confirm on my behalf of which they did. My status then changed to processing ( upload FICA documents), I uploaded FICA documents 4 weeks back but it was still saying pending for verification on their system and then I screenshot that to them and they reply saying the proof of address is not clear although it is clear. I few minutes they sent me email saying my account has been verified successful but my withdrawal status was still saying upload FICA documents, I sent you them email again querying this. After my query my withdrawal status changed to completed, which is past 16h00 on Wednesday and then I assumed that I will get money latest by yesterday morning. Up until now there is no money in my bank account, it's more than 48 hours now and my banking details are already in their system.
