Withdrawals not Permitted

Last time I tried to withdraw some cryptocurrency, it never went through and I had to go back and forth with them for days to fix the issue. They did a full audit on my account,called me and said everything is fine and I can now withdraw. But I decided I will no longer withdraw cryptocurrency with them, I don't want to go through the hassle again, it wasn't much of a big deal anyway. So I decided not to withdraw and continue with my trading, so yea I continued trading, making profit and growing my account. Days went by and now that I want to withdraw zar to pay up my living expenses I realized they still have my account blocked from just withdrawals. Even zar, now imagine not being able to pay your essentials because of altcointrader..and now it's taking them more days to only just unblock my account and let me withdraw to pay my bills. Like I'm not saying they are not legit, their platform is great and have variety of coins. What I'm saying is if you trade for a living like me then you might really consider going somewhere else. The back and forth is very frustrating and painful really.
