Withdrawals blocked by Altcoin

I was trying to withdraw my money from Altcoin but to my surprise the withdrawals were blocked. i sent an email requesting Altcoin to unblock my withdrawals and they asked me to send a pic of me holding an ID and a piece of paper written the days date and the query. I did that and send back the picture to Altcoin but up until today i am unable to withdraw my money from altcoin. they are no longer responding to my emails. They accept deposit but blocked withdrawals.
